We have partnered with Tulsa's "918 Strength" to offer all Wave players an opportunity to get proper training to be able to reach the next level.
This is what 918 Strength wants you to know:
Strength and Conditioning (performance) training is extremely important for every athlete. For Volleyball specifically, performance training can increase the athlete’s vertical and reduce the likelihood of sport-related injuries. And proper training will develop the athlete’s ability to move quickly and efficiently on the court, allowing the athlete the opportunity to show off the skill she has worked so hard to develop.
Parents want the best for their children. Performance training offers them the best. Whether the athlete is looking to enhance their high-school playing experience or develop oneself for a collegiate career, performance training is the vital component that will open the door to the next level of competition.
Training begins November 11. Sessions are twice a week on Mondays & Fridays from 6PM – 7PM. Cost is $99/mo.
